adequately addressed and the result of not completing it well. In 250 to 300

discuss its relevance today. Given the technology and current search methods,

Make
sure to address the following in your paper:

Provide the specifics of your property. Details should include use as well as
location. You are free to choose commercial, residential or mixed use for your
analysis.

Analyze the property from an investment perspective.
c.
Compare your investment to others and make sure to clearly address why this
property is an ideal choice.
d.
List the advantages and disadvantages of the parcel and community.
e.
Explain how the current economic environment impacted your choice.
